My story/Founder’s vision
Neuth Compass was founded from personal experience. After arriving in the Netherlands, our founder faced the challenges of integration—beyond just language—like understanding social norms, building networks, and finding meaningful work. Realizing the lack of emotional and cultural support, Neuth Compass was created to offer holistic guidance for newcomers navigating Dutch society.
